Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs (ZHO) was established in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, as an umbrella for all humanitarian bodies, social services, special needs institutions and any future bodies established in Abu Dhabi for humanitarian goals.
